The Story of Michelle Ayalde

Michelle Ayalde is a Filipina singer. She is an ”Emerging Diva” of ABS-CBN’s Talent Center. From the group of Full Circle, she was known for her Tagalog version of “The Love You Want”, an instant hit song used as theme song of Meteor Garden.

Before Michelle was born, her mother, currently connected to NAPOLCOM and her father were together in the band Solid Gold. He mother was the vocalist and the guitarist was her dad. The band hit the Taiwan then. When Michelle was born, she grew up in the atmosphere of singing and at the early age of two, she was taught how to sing already. She entered to singing competition at the age of four. She was a student of Ryan Cayabyab’s music school. Her singing talent was discovered and Cayabyab honed her talent through the choir called Glee Girls, which gave Michelle exposures from certain PICC performances. She pursued a course of Mass Communication at Centro Escolar University (CEU) majoring in Broadcasting.

Her singing experiences paved way from her showbiz and accepted “Ang TV”, a once popular TV kid show of ABS-CBN. Her release of her debut album took time because of her schedule between her career and her school, recording and TV appearances. After a long wait, she released her self-titled debut album under Star Records. The album contained 11 tracks displaying her vocal prowess, boasting its quality. “Mamahalin Kita, Kahit Na”, is the first track from the album and garnered extensive airplay on radios nationwide.
