Dennis Trillo - Lumilipad (Music Video) He is born on May 21, 1981 in Quezon City, Philippines. He came from a well-off family as the eldest son. He is half Filipino and half Chinese. He inherited his Filpino traits from his mother and his father bestowed him his Chinese quality. He attended pre-school and elementary in Ateneo de Manila University and later moved Jose Abad Santos Memorial High School. He then proceeded to C.O.L. Community Of Learners. He finished his degree in International Studies at Miriam College. During his younger years, he took voice lessons and was part of a band as a drummer before his acting career reached its peak. His career started in ABS-CBN in year 2000. He was introduced as one of the young talents for the 10th batch of Star Circle now known as Star Magic. He is seen in several television opera but in spite of his exposure, Dennis’ career did not prosper. He is one of the rock band members called Moyg. His greatest break came when he transferred to GMA Network and become one of their contract stars. His stardom continues to rise in 2004 as he became one of the lead stars in telefantasya, Mulawin and he did his film debut in Aishite Imasu 1941: Mahal Kita. This film made him into a matinee idol status. 2005 was a more fruitful year for Trillo. He was a part of a more TV adaptation such as Darna, Etheria, Majika and more movies like Mulawin the Movie and the Blue Moon. His fame was again proven in 2006 when he won the trophy as Best Actor three times that year defeating heavy competitor, Piolo Pascual. Together with his rising personality, he has to deal with some malicious gossips. One questioning his sexuality and another is having a son with a model which he admitted recently. GMA recognized his passion for music and made him a co-host of noontime show “SOP”. He displays his talent for drums as part of the show’s Starband.He is one of the first recording artist of Indiemusic, a recording company put up by Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez. His debut album includes a duet with Regine and some revival hits of Air Supply's "All Out of Love", Rachel Alejandro's "Kay Tagal", and "Here, There and Everywhere" by "The Beatles".
